When will I receive my order?

It takes us between 2 and 5 business days to process an order, after which we will send it to you. You will also need to take into account the shipping time, which depends on your location.

 

Where is my order shipped from?

We work with a print-on-demand company with fulfillment centers all over the world!

 

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What do I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.

Ask about your order at your local post office.

Ask your neighbors if the courier left your package with them.

Pro tip: Avoid theft. If you will not be home on the day of delivery, use your work address or wherever you will be.

If the address was correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, contact us at contact@brandproud.com with your order number. If there was a problem with your shipping address, we could send your product again, but you will have to cover the costs.

Pro tip: Your postal code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctly.

 

How are the products made?

We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper that has production and logistics centers all over the world. Your orders are printed and shipped from the center closest to the final delivery address.

 

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at contact@brandproud.com.

 

I received a wrong or damaged product. What do I do?

We are sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve it as quickly as possible, send us an email at contact@brandproud.com within one week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have about the order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!

 

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at contact@brandproud.com.

 

Do you offer refunds?

We only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us at contact@brandproud.com with photos of your item and we will find a solution.

 

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size will fit you best, check our size guides in the product descriptions. It is uncommon, but it is possible that there is a labeling error on a product. If this is the case, contact us at contact@brandproud.com within one week of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.
